As an Instructional Desginer. You will be in charge of:

• Create content in English and Spanish so being bilingual is mandatory.
• Design and development of Digital Training content or E-LEARNING modules for our brands.
• Convert (Training Cards, Workbooks, Instruction Manuals, etc.) into engaging and creative online learning modules.
• Creation of graphic designs for internal World Manager assets.
• Manipulation of vectors, various image, audio and video files.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating E-Learning content.
• Previous experience using Graphic Design Software (Adobe Suite -Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc).
• Experience using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Advanced Written Communication Skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Role of Instructional Designer.
• Experience using the software Adobe Captivate [optional],
